You're talking to an AI
Maya is an AI assistant built by xRepAI, not a human being. Maya can answer questions, scope engagements, and hand conversations off to a member of our team - it will always be clear when that handoff happens.
What we collect
- The content of your conversation with Maya, including messages you type or say (voice sessions are transcribed).
- Contact details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company, or phone number - for example when booking a call or requesting a follow-up.
- Basic technical information about the session (such as timestamps) needed to operate and support the chat.
We do not ask for passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal data through this chat, and you should not share any.
How it's used
- To answer your questions and keep the conversation going.
- To route your request to the right person on our team when a human is needed, along with the conversation context so they can pick up where Maya left off.
- To follow up on requests you've made, such as scheduling a call or sending information you asked for.
- To review and improve how Maya responds, using conversation records.
We don't sell your conversation data or contact details to third parties.
Device identification and analytics
If you accept when prompted, we turn on a set of visitor identification and analytics signals so we can recognize you as a returning visitor, understand how our sales conversations perform, and prevent fraud and abuse. None of the following activate unless and until you give consent, and you can decline or later withdraw it (see "Your choices" below).
- A device fingerprint, generated with FingerprintJS from your browser and device characteristics, used to recognize a returning visitor across sessions and devices. A device fingerprint is personal data.
- A durable first-party cookie (xrep_vid) that identifies this browser over time.
- Client environment signals such as your screen size, timezone, language, and platform.
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (city and country) and, where configured, company or firmographic information associated with that IP address.
- Session replay (via OpenReplay) that records how you interact with the widget so we can improve the experience and help support reproduce issues.
- If you provide an email address, we use it to link your activity across the devices you use.
We use these signals only to recognize returning visitors, for sales analytics, and for fraud and abuse prevention. If you decline consent, they are not activated; if you withdraw consent, we stop collecting them going forward.
Your choices
You can choose not to share contact details and continue chatting anonymously for general questions. If you'd rather speak with a person directly, ask Maya to connect you with our team at any point in the conversation.
